• Proven experience in a senior estates/retail property management role.
• Strong commercial awareness with a record of positive negotiation outcomes.
• Experience managing tenant/landlord relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Estates Managers.
• Produce Board papers for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage key lease events.
• Negotiate with landlords and resolve disputes.
• Minimise disruption by resolving property issues efficiently.
