Qualifications

• Experience in the environmental aspects of development projects.
• Knowledge of hybrid bills, DCO, TWA, and TCPA planning regimes required.
• Experience in the construction sector, particularly post-planning consent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and delivery of environmental project key activities.
• Provide advice on consent applications or compliance.
• Serve as project manager or project director for environmental team delivery.
