An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Cambridge. This role is suited to an experienced employment lawyer looking to take on a senior position within a respected and growing team. You'll advise on a wide range of complex employment matters, including strategic HR advice, senior exits, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, TUPE, restructurings, and Employment Tribunal litigation. In addition to managing high-level matters, you'll play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to business development initiatives, and helping shape the ongoing growth of the employment practice in the Cambridge market.

About you
  • Qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law
  • Strong background in both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Confident advising on complex, high-risk employment issues
