The ideal candidate is a seasoned B2B marketer who brings a blend of strategic thinking and operational excellence. They excel at building relationships with external experts, managing complex agency ecosystems, aligning global and regional teams, and delivering programs that influence reputation, engagement, and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Executive Advocacy Leadership
  • Build and maintain relationships with cybersecurity and enterprise technology influencers, creators, and thought leaders.
  • Lead influencer and advocacy initiatives aligned to EMEA marketing priorities, ensuring credibility, authenticity, and measurable impact.
  • Manage influencer identification, contracting, content development, and performance reporting in partnership with global and regional agencies.
  • Elevate executive presence across EMEA through thought leadership content, narratives, and social amplification support.
Integrated Campaign & Digital Program Orchestration
  • Own EMEA-wide digital program coordination, ensuring campaign elements across channels (web, email, social, paid, events) are aligned, scheduled, and executed flawlessly.
  • Partner with global marketing teams to prepare regional programs for launch, including timelines, briefs, asset readiness, QA, and go‑live coordination.
  • Drive cross‑functional visibility: consolidate updates, identify gaps, manage risks, and ensure delivery against campaign objectives.
Agency & Vendor Management
  • Manage 2–3 key agency relationships across influencer marketing and digital programs.
  • Define scopes, manage budgets, ensure performance, and drive accountability.
  • Lead vendor onboarding, briefing, day‑to‑day communication, and delivery oversight.
Project & Operations Management
  • Oversee end‑to‑end project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination for influencer campaigns, field programs, and digital activations.
  • Maintain structured reporting and dashboards for EMEA leadership, translating program performance into insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure strong governance, clear processes, and consistent execution across countries and teams.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with PR, Brand, Digital, Field, Global Campaigns, and Social Media teams to ensure alignment and mutual amplification.
  • Localize global initiatives for regional relevance while maintaining brand and message consistency.
  • Integrate influencer and thought leadership activities into broader demand generation motions and regional events.
Skills & Experience
  • 7–10+ years in B2B marketing, digital programs, influencer marketing, or integrated campaign management within technology or cybersecurity (enterprise experience strongly preferred).
  • Hands‑on experience delivering multi‑channel programs in complex or regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies, negotiate scopes, oversee budgets, and drive performance.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, social advocacy, and digital amplification strategies in a B2B context.
  • Demonstrated success working in matrixed global organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills across executive, regional, and global teams.
  • Fluent English; proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or German is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented with strong analytical and reporting capability.
Personal Attributes
  • Relationship‑driven leader who naturally builds influence and trust.
  • Confident working with senior executives, external experts, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Operates with agility, clarity, and accountability in a fast‑moving global environment.
