Senior Electrical Engineer - Central London

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to assist the pre construction and installation in London. You'll oversee large-scale MEP packages, coordinate technical teams, and ensure successful project delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Salary: up to £95,000 + Car Allowance + Travel Allowance + Pension + Healthcare

What you'll do
  • Lead MEP engineering across all project stages
  • Ensure safety, compliance, quality, and commissioning standards are met
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Provide technical input for tendering, procurement, and design reviews
  • Oversee contracts, schedules, and commercial progress
  • Drive innovation through prefabrication, digital tools, and commissioning strategies
  • Manage close-out activities: commissioning, as-builts, O&M manuals, client training
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and promote continuous improvement
  • Support carbon reduction and net zero initiatives

Qualifications
  • Technical apprenticeship or graduate programme
  • HNC, HND, BTEC or equivalent in Engineering
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
  • Professional accreditation (CIBSE, IET, IMechE, SoPHE) preferred
  • SMSTS and CSCS card
