Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years' post-graduate experience in ecological consultancy.
  • Must hold one or more EPS species licenses.
  • Full Membership/Accreditation (e.g., CIEEM/IEMA) or equivalent, ideally CEnv.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex ecological services across consultancy projects.
  • Plan and execute Habitat Surveys and Ecological Impact Assessments.
  • Prepare competitive fee proposals and manage project financials.
  • Provide mentorship to junior ecologists and coordinate survey delivery.
