Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience of managing a Nursery with experience of relevant duties.
• Experience of being the main contact for Ofsted.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience of writing reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff team to deliver Nursery and Crèche services.
• Develop, monitor and review activities ensuring high standards.
• Attend budget planning with finance team.

Relevant qualification in childcare at a minimum Level 4
