Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience within professional services.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee assessment suppliers and the ATS for recruitment.
  • Design application and assessment processes for candidates.
  • Lead the candidate offer process and manage communications.
  • Plan and deliver market-leading vacation schemes.
  • Generate performance reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Support and attend various recruitment events throughout the year.
  • Manage up to 550 interviews annually, ensuring quality.
