About the Role

The Commercial Impact Lead is a pivotal new role, serving as the critical link between data analysis and strategic decision-making, working directly with Division Presidents and Division Leadership to develop, challenge and manage short, medium, and long-term commercial strategies. Since establishing the REMS Commercial Strategy & Solutions team five years ago, we have created tremendous value for JLL by partnering with our Solutions colleagues and clients to develop new outsourcing agreements. Following this success, we are expanding into our existing Accounts business to similarly improve our strategic approach to commercial outcomes.

This position requires someone who can not only interpret data with precision but also articulate insights that challenge conventional thinking and drive meaningful business improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights Generation

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Intelligence team to develop insights by analyzing trends, patterns and anomalies in our data and dashboards.
  • Transform data and insights into meaningful, actionable business intelligence to support evidence-based decision making
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains through data-driven analysis

Strategic Partnership with Leadership

  • Work with Division and Region leadership to align analytical findings with strategic objectives
  • Work with Account Directors and Managing Directors to investigate account-specific opportunities
  • Prepare and present analytical findings in clear, impactful formats
  • Provide data-backed recommendations that inform business strategic planning processes and initiatives

Performance Improvement & Change Management

  • Collaborate with Commercial Executives to constructively challenge existing go-to-market commercial approaches and business practices with evidence-based alternatives
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying performance gaps across client accounts and business divisions
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement strategic changes
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented recommendations and adjust approaches as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in business strategic planning, business intelligence, performance management, or similar roles
  • Experience in facilities management outsourcing is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and statistical analysis
  • Proficiency in use of AI tools, Excel, SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience working with senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be naturally inquisitive with a talent for spotting patterns and anomalies in complex datasets. You thrive when synthesizing disparate information into coherent narratives that drive action. You possess both the business acumen and analytical rigor to ensure accuracy in your recommendations and the communication skills to make your findings compelling. Most importantly, you have the confidence and tact to challenge existing approaches constructively, balancing respect for established processes with a commitment to continuous improvement.

What This Role Offers

• The opportunity to directly influence organizational strategy and performance

• Exposure to senior leadership and high-visibility projects

• A collaborative environment that values analytical thinking and innovation

• Professional development opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge

• A role where your recommendations translate into measurable business outcomes.
