  • Lead strategy refresh bi-annually for alignment with priorities.
  • Coordinate information gathering and publication per Ofgem requirements.
  • Act as communication bridge between Digital Teams and Business Units.
  • Design transformation workshops for senior leadership.
  • Automate updates of digital strategy and intranet/SharePoint.
