A leading insurance provider in the UK is seeking a digital marketing professional for their Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will manage performance campaigns, focusing on driving leads and brand awareness. Ideal candidates will have proven digital marketing experience, particularly with YouTube advertising, and strong analytical skills. The position offers a competitive salary and flexible work options.
Join our ambitious Growth Marketing team on a 12 month fixed term contract, where budgets are set to increase significantly next year. You'll be working in a dynamic environment focused on performance marketing, driving leads directly through Google Ads and Meta. If you're comfortable managing performance campaigns from day one, you'll fit right in, as we already excel in this area and are keen to grow further.
We’re looking for someone who can help us expand into brand performance. That means running smart, measurable campaigns aimed at increasing awareness, consideration, and intent, especially on YouTube and paid social. You’ll play a key role in balancing the immediate wins of performance marketing with the long-term benefits of brand building. If you can navigate both aspects and measure impact beyond just impressions and clicks, you’ll make a real difference here.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
