The Role

As a Senior Digital Designer you will lead the design of cutting‑edge websites from concept to completion, working closely with our clients, creative team, and developers. You will play a crucial role in shaping the overall visual direction of our projects and ensuring that every website we create delivers an exceptional user experience.

You will be a confident presenter, running through designs with our clients, ensuring they understand our vision for their project. You will help mentor and lead a junior designer and also be the link between design and development, translating briefs to our developers at the start of the build phase for each project.

Must haves

• Proficient in Figma
• Experience using Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop, XD)
• Strong and confident communication
• Strong written skills and great attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of UX best practice and website design trends
• Experience in planning website architecture

Nice to have, but not essential

• Branding experience
• Experience with a website CMS, e.g. WordPress and Shopify
• Experience with simple copy writing for websites
• A basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• A good knowledge of AI and how to utilise it for design
