A reputable independent garage in Farnham is seeking an experienced Senior Diagnostic / Master Technician to join their team. The role involves advanced diagnostic work across various makes and models, and mentoring junior technicians. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Diagnostic or Master Technician (JLR experience highly preferable).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out advanced diagnostic and technical work across a wide variety of makes and models.
• Identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
• Mentor and support junior technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Complete repair and maintenance tasks to the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Liaise with service advisors and explain diagnostic findings to customers.
