What we're looking for

You are passionate about delivering high-quality homes and plugged into the evolving requirements of Building Safety regulation with a proven track record of leading on the technical design and construction of diverse housing projects (particularly, high risk buildings); ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, cost, and time from conception to completion. You are commercially minded, able to influence decision making at all levels and provide expert leadership, particularly with internal stakeholders and our contracting partners with a laser focus on safety, quality, functionality and durability.

Location

The job is primarily based in Laurence House, Catford, London, SE6 4RU, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.

Special conditions
  • A relevant professional qualification is required: Fellow or Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or RTPI and/or significant relevant experience.

Salary

£64,938 - £69,660 per annum (SMG1)

NB: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
