Overview

As a Senior Engineer, you will collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and local authorities to deliver civil engineering designs that are efficient, buildable, and fully compliant. You'll oversee engineering works, support land appraisals, progress consents, and manage consultant outputs to ensure smooth, on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and local authorities to deliver civil engineering designs that are efficient, buildable, and fully compliant.
  • Oversee engineering works, support land appraisals, progress consents, and manage consultant outputs to ensure smooth, on-time project delivery.
Qualifications
  • HNC/HND or degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience in the residential housebuilding sector (developer or consultancy background).
  • Strong knowledge of drainage (SuDS), roads, and earthworks design.
  • AutoCAD / PDS / WinDes / Flow / InfoDrainage proficiency (preferred, not required).
  • Working understanding of local authority standards, NHBC guidelines, and regulatory approvals.
  • Ability to manage consultants and drive performance without compromising on quality.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-first attitude.
