We’re recruiting a Senior Designer for a premium beauty brand to elevate its visual identity across every touchpoint. The successful candidate will have experience in the premium beauty space, and in creating digital assets across all platforms that are coherent, elevated, and strategically aligned. Responsibilities

• Shape and elevate the visual direction for campaigns, refining the brand’s aesthetic
• Lead the visual execution of the brand across campaigns, product launches, paid media, CRM, landing pages, Amazon, and all ecommerce environments.
• Use performance data and A / B testing to iterate intelligently, refining visuals for stronger engagement and conversion.
• Elevate assets through refined design craft : composition, typography, colour, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Explore and experiment with new AI tools to strengthen our creative output. Use AI to accelerate delivery, create variations, generate video concepts and support asset creation
