Overview
We’re looking for a conceptually strong and detail‑obsessed Senior Designer to join the Cult Beauty Creative Team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the brand’s visual world across every touchpoint—from digital and print campaigns to packaging, social and experiential. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who combines creative vision with exceptional craft, balancing big‑picture thinking with hands‑on execution to create work that feels elevated, editorial and unmistakably Cult Beauty.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of integrated campaigns across digital, print, CRM, and experiential channels.
- Partner with the Head of Design to evolve and refine the visual identity and design systems.
- Own all BAU design output, ensuring brand consistency.
- Mentor junior team members on BAU delivery, providing guidance and feedback to maintain high standards of creative.
- Translate creative concepts into beautifully crafted assets, ensuring consistency, precision, and brand integrity across all channels.
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and E‑commerce teams to bring ideas to life that inspire and convert.
- Design key visuals, toolkits, and templates that empower scalable, on‑brand delivery across touchpoints.
- Mentor and support mid‑weight, junior, and artworker‑level designers, fostering collaboration, curiosity, and creative growth.
- Stay ahead of cultural, fashion, and beauty trends, bringing fresh inspiration into the work.
- Champion design quality and innovation, ensuring Cult Beauty remains visually at the forefront of modern beauty culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand, campaign, or editorial design—ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Strong conceptual thinker with exceptional visual execution skills.
- Expertise across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Confident designing for both digital and print, understanding production best practices.
- Meticulous eye for layout, typography, composition, and image curation.
- Collaborative mindset that thrives in fast‑paced, evolving creative environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A genuine passion for design, culture, and beauty—with a portfolio to prove it.
