We are seeking experienced Senior Design Managers to join our expanding teams, working on major infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects across the South of England. This is your chance to lead and influence project delivery with a focus on water sector outcomes.
We are looking for someone with a passion for solving engineering problems, the ability to lead and inspire, and the confidence to drive through challenging solutions. You will be a degree-qualified engineer (or equivalent) and ideally chartered, or a member of a relevant engineering institution (e.g., ICE). Support can be provided to achieve this if required. You should have experience of leading multidisciplinary teams within the engineering or utilities sectors, delivering expert design solutions to clientele. We have opportunities for differing levels of seniority and will support your leadership development.
