A creative design firm in Sunderland is looking for a Senior Design and Marketing Creative. You will be responsible for managing client pitches, creating collateral, and enhancing digital presence through innovative design solutions. The role requires advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a relevant degree in design or marketing. This is a full-time position, 5 days a week in the office.

Salary: £50,000-55,000

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design and Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at Devono. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and have a strong passion for pushing design boundaries. You will play a crucial role in elevating our brands in a competitive market, setting them apart through innovative and impactful design and marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all client pitch submissions, ensuring compelling and high-quality presentations.

• Design and create insightful collateral that effectively communicates our brand message.

• Support the production of high-quality social media content to enhance our online presence.

• Collaborate on the design and build of our new website, contributing creative ideas and solutions.

• Continuously evolve and grow our brand presence across our three core businesses (Devono, Made and Dthree Studio).

• Sales marketing efforts by developing engaging email marketing content aimed at lead generation.

• Capture and edit high quality photography and videography, including talking head videos and promotional content.

• Animate motion graphics and create video assets to support campaigns and digital marketing.

• Develop templates and toolkits that adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all outputs.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring design projects and brand communications remain aligned and consistent.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Especially - Indesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop. Bonus if Figma is also known.

• Relevant Degree in Design or Marketing

• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design/motion work and brand development.

• Proven skills in photography, videography, and motion graphics.

• Experience in editing video content and producing professional talking head videos.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and keep projects on track.

• Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• A proactive mindset with a keen ability to push creative boundaries.
