Qualifications

• Experienced practitioner in IT Service Management.
• Trained in ITIL, possibly to Expert status.
• Ability to understand how IT services fit in a customer's business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage service and change delivery for accounts.
• Manage performance of internal and partner delivery teams.
• Identify risks in service delivery and take measures to mitigate them.
• Contribute to account strategy and ensure compliance with contract schedules.
