A supportive care organization in Ilford seeks a Senior Day Coach to engage with children and support a dynamic staff team. This hands-on role demands at least 2 years of experience in special education needs, along with skills in behaviour support and a commitment to creating an engaging environment. The position offers a competitive salary, generous training opportunities, and benefits such as private healthcare, gym stipends, and a pension scheme. Passionate applicants encouraged to apply.
A Senior Day Coach at SuperCare provides experience, guidance, and reassurance in the middle of a busy day. You’ll be alongside children who are energetic, sometimes aggressive, and always in need of constant engagement. The role is hands‑on, but you’ll also serve as a steady influence for newer staff—showing them how to respond to challenging behaviours, how to use social stories, and how to keep a bubbly, warm atmosphere even when the day feels tough. You won’t lead the shift, but you’ll be the experienced anchor that helps the team stay steady and effective.
This role needs someone who is confident in their skills and willing to share their experience with others while remaining hands‑on.
As a Senior Day Coach, you’ll be recognised for your experience and given training and development to help you take the next step into leadership.
Please apply for this role if you’re passionate about supporting young people with learning disabilities and complex needs. If you’d like
