We are seeking an experienced and highly structured Senior Program Manager to govern and enable CoreWeave’s full lifecycle data center design and deployment processes. This role does not execute technical engineering work directly. Instead, you will build and manage the workflows, stage gates, handover kits, documentation, and operating cadence that ensure deep-dive engineering teams operate efficiently and consistently at scale.
You will partner with design, construction, site selection, operations, and R&D groups to keep owners, actions, decisions, and risks on track, ensuring downstream teams receive complete, high-quality information. In parallel, you will help identify, prototype, and productionise new technologies that streamline information flow, reduce cycle times, and improve program-wide technical outcomes.
Travel to US data center sites and CoreWeave hubs is required.

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
