JOB TITLE: Senior Data Analyst

DEPARTMENT: Business Data

REPORTING TO: Lead Data Analyst

JOB FUNCTION: Business Data

LOCATION: Stamford Bridge

CONTRACT: Permanent (Full-Time)

You’ll be: (Responsibilities)
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their businesses and data requirements.
  • Collect, clean and validate the required data from internal and external sources to support these data requests.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with their data.
  • Provide recommendations and advise on how to utilise the data to support business outcomes.
  • Implement and manage GA4 tracking events, conversions, and custom parameters.
  • Leverage BigQuery exports from GA4 for advanced data analysis.
  • Develop cross-platform tracking, attribution, and user lifecycle metrics in GA4.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure accurate data collection.
  • Analyse traffic sources, user behavior, content performance, and conversion flows in GA4.
You’ll have: (Skills & Experience)
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear analytics tracking designs.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Omni, Looker, Tableau).
  • Strong hands‑on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience designing data layers and Firebase analytics events and configuring and managing GA4 / Firebase BigQuery exports.
  • Proficient in SQL and working with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery.
  • Comfortable collaborating with developers and data teams.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of analytics best practices and industry changes.
