Senior Data Analyst needed in Bradford

The rate is £273.35 per day PAYE

This is a temporary role

The reference number is: 5273339

The successful candidate will support the data analytical needs for the Unitisation programme baseline work, which is fundamental to organisational transformation projects. The analyst will be working directly with the Unitisation lead, analysing the current workforce (functionally and structurally) including costs. The analyst will play a critical role in transforming often inconsistent data into structured insights that support decision-making around organisational structures, functional alignment and cost efficiency for financial sustainability; the data will also enable accurate savings based on the alignment with future Lean reviews (operational - process) and workforce structure and functions.
