An exciting opportunity to join an energetic Sales Team. Manage and grow a portfolio of customers within the Catering sector, driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service. Provide support to Supervisors and Team Leaders by assisting Account Coordinators with training, development and larger projects, ensuring compliance within company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Be available to receive incoming calls promptly and respond to emails within 24 hours, as well as log records within 48 hours.
- Process orders and produce quotations accurately and promptly to ensure high customer service levels and minimize errors.
- Consistently update systems with relevant information and communicate back orders to customers efficiently.
- Maximise opportunities from incoming/outgoing calls and live chat to generate leads, future business, and sales.
- Utilise marketing literature and proactively propose alternative products or switch customers to the exclusive brand to enhance spend and avoid back orders.
- Support NAMs, NAEs, and Account Coordinators in tenders, product matching, sourcing, training, and development as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude internally and externally while strictly adhering to all procedures in the company policy and procedures.
- Focus on profit margin management, ensuring maximum profitability on all sales.
- Attend regular 1‑2‑1 meetings to review performance, discuss KPIs, and identify training needs.
- Always identify business potential, generate leads, and take proactive actions to drive sales growth.
About You
- Customer Service & Sales Experience: Proven experience in office‑based customer service or sales environments, achieving targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
- Industry & Product Knowledge: Understanding of customer needs, with knowledge of catering equipment or related sectors.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, confident on the phone, and able to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Computer literate, numerate, proficient with technology, strong administration, analytical, and organisational abilities.
- Personal Attributes: Tenacious, self‑reliant, methodical, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
- Attention to Detail & Work Ethic: Structured, disciplined, reliable, perfectionist approach with a commitment to accuracy, company values, and continuous improvement.
