About the Client

This client is a leading member of the financial sector with ambitious growth plans for the year. They are seeking a fully remote SEO Content Writer to support their passionate team. Responsibilities
  • Set strategy and develop omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Integrate CRM marketing communications to increase acquisition, retention, and loyalty across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Drive revenue through online and offline activities that generate traffic, leads, and sales, collaborating with the Sales team.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or automation marketing, preferably across B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Experience building omni-channel CRM campaigns and automated client journeys, ideally using Dynamics 365 Marketing.
  • Strong background in client acquisition, engagement, re-engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, working cross-functionally to optimize systems and results.
Additional Skills
  • Experience with databases, data analysis, and segmentation.
  • Understanding of email fundamentals, GDPR/PECR compliance, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in financial services is advantageous.
  • HTML knowledge is desirable but not essential.
