Responsibilities

  • Manage processes for collecting debts owed to the Council.
  • Attend court hearings for Liability Order and Committal Means Enquiries.
  • Present cases effectively in County Court.

Confidence to manage difficult conversations

Knowledge of Money Claims on Line (MCOL) process
Knowledge of County Court processes
Understanding of Charging Order and Bankruptcy
