This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded department specialising in the property and financial affairs of individuals who lack capacity due to injury, illness, or age‑related conditions. You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including Deputyship matters, statutory wills, complex financial arrangements, and high‑value settlements, while acting in the best interests of vulnerable clients and their families.
