• Experience in handling linked and organized fraud is desirable.
• Knowledge of the litigation process / working knowledge of the CPR.
• Ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions.

Responsibilities

• Run hourly rate, fraud cases from litigation to resolution.
• Detailed review and analysis of evidence throughout the case.
• Ensure adherence to client guidelines on a non-delegated basis.
