Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline.
• Strong experience of JCT Design & Build contracts.
• Full clean driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost management and employer's agent services through pre and post contract stages.
• Manage the consultant team through all project stages.
• Chair in-person site progress meetings with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
