We are currently working with a leading accountancy firm across the UK who are looking to grow their specialist corporate tax compliance & advisory teams.

Your new role:

Step into the role of Corporate Tax Compliance and Advisory Manager within our Corporate Tax team, renowned for delivering technology-driven tax compliance and integrated advisory services to esteemed clients.

In this position, you'll assist clients in fulfilling their tax obligations while effectively managing tax impacts. You'll provide strategic advice on both local and international tax matters.

Your typical day:

You'll collaborate with this specialist team, addressing complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your diverse client base, ranging from multinationals to mid-tier companies across different industries, offers you the chance to expand your technical expertise and specialise in specific sectors or technical areas.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • You hold a tax professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ATT, CTA, CA, ACCA, or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience, including international candidates with relevant experience in their home country.
  • You have prior advisory experience with UK and international large corporate tax clients.
  • You possess strong UK corporate tax knowledge, with the ability to review UK tax computations and tax accounting and group reporting calculations and disclosures for accuracy and completeness, while identifying broader opportunities and risks for the client.
  • Your background includes solid accounting knowledge and the ability to interpret statutory accounts.
  • You can demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of broader UK and global business issues and confidently discuss these with clients.
