Job Description
This role is based in our 5 Howick Place office.
As a key member of Informa’s Group Legal and Governance team, this role helps to deliver high-quality company secretarial services to Informa PLC and its global subsidiaries. The position offers a varied remit, including deputising for the Deputy Company Secretary, and requires a proactive, autonomous professional comfortable with responsibility in 100-listed environment.
Act as Secretary to the Risk Committee, Tax & Treasury Committees, including minute‑taking, action tracking, and liaison with senior stakeholders.
