Supports preparing and running client demos to gather first hand client feedback on applications and works with product teams to integrate.

Supports stakeholder communication to ensure their buy-in and commitment to the change process.

Compiles market understanding competition and client / colleague requirements in depth bridging local and global strategy.

Promotes use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital culture mindset among colleagues.

Supports translation of customer needs into business requirements outlining system dependencies and data flows.

Helps resolve gaps between new and existing business processes and applications along the TOM.

Troubleshoots systems access issues for users.
