Overview

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Senior Contracts Manager - Fire Projects to work with one of our Housing Association clients in West London.

Responsibilities
  • Provide senior contracts management for fire remediation projects within housing associations.
  • Deliver successful results from negotiations with partners such as consultants or contractors.
  • Manage and motivate external multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proactively manage relationships with key stakeholders and maintain excellent working relationships.
  • Understand the issues involved in fire safety, building safety cases and remediation projects and manage the delivery of remediation programmes from commencement to completion.
Qualifications
  • Experienced working within Fire Remedial projects.
  • Experience in managing and motivating external multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrable proactive management skills and ability to maintain an excellent working relationship with key stakeholders.
  • Understanding of fire safety issues and experience with building safety cases and remediation project delivery.
