Job summary

A global real estate services firm is seeking a Contract Manager in the United Kingdom to oversee the management of the engineering team and ensure the effective operation and maintenance of critical systems. The role requires experience in the building services industry, excellent leadership, and strong organizational skills. You will be pivotal in maintaining client relationships and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• HV Authorised Person (Preferable).
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Conversant with Health and Safety issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract and staff operation/maintenance of electrical and mechanical plants.
• Conduct regular reviews of operating procedures and recommend improvements.
• Ensure customer focus and maintain relationships with key client contacts.
