We care deeply about what we do and give our colleagues the freedom to shape their own development, influence how we work, and play an active role in shaping Channel 3's future.
The ongoing development of our people is central to who we are. We encourage every colleague to build learning and growth into their everyday rhythm, whether that's through on-the-job experience, working alongside some of the most talented professionals in the sector, or accessing accredited training and internal learning programmes.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion At Channel 3, we recognise that our strength lies in valuing differences. We are proud to bring together people with a wide range of backgrounds, skills, perspectives, and life experiences. We are, and always will be, committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to thrive.
