A growing construction firm in East Hampshire is seeking an experienced Estimator to manage financial aspects of varied building projects up to £1 million. The role involves preparing quotes, managing project finances, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Estimator or Quantity Surveyor role.

• Managing project finances from quotation to completion.
• Attending site visits and liaising with contractors, consultants, and clients.
