The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to join our Legal and Compliance team. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone with a strong background in compliance, ideally within the SaaS or care sector. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations remain compliant, secure, and aligned with best practices as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and update internal policies and procedures
  • Maintain and support compliance with key standards and frameworks
  • Deliver training and awareness programmes across the business
  • Support with GDPR compliance and data breach/incident response
  • Support corporate governance and risk management frameworks
  • Conduct internal audits
  • Support supplier due diligence and ongoing compliance
  • Support business continuity planning
  • Contribute to external reporting and accreditation processes
  • Maintain and improve compliance reporting portals
  • Support Sales and Customer Success in due diligence (RFPs)
  • Act as external-facing expert for customers, partners, and auditors
  • Lead monthly compliance KPIs and reporting
  • Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes to inform strategy
