This role is your opportunity to be the creative and technical force behind Wayflyer’s global rewards strategy. As our first ever Senior Compensation & Benefits Partner, you will not be simply managing programs; you will be helping design, scale, and champion a total rewards framework that attracts, motivates, and retains the ambitious overachievers who drive our growth.
We are looking for a resourceful builder and an excellent operator - someone who can look beyond traditional C&B methods and design and optimise solutions that are scalable and forward‑looking. You will have the autonomy to lead complex, global projects from concept to completion, co‑defining the "why" and communicating the "what" of our compensation philosophy to our entire company. If you're ready to deliver on the roadmap for global rewards during a pivotal year of growth, this is your next challenge.
You will dive deep into the data to ensure our compensation remains competitive across all our global markets, and partner directly with the leadership team to solve complex rewards challenges. You’ll champion data & compliance by running a full global benefits audit, ensuring every Wayflyer employee understands the full value of their total package - salary, equity, and benefits - making you an essential partner in creating a world‑class employee experience.
You can expect to hear from a member of our Talent Acquisition team soon. If we believe you're a good fit, the first step will be a conversation with a recruiter who will guide you through the next stages of the process. The full interview process, which includes meeting the Hiring Manager and completing a case study or interview loop, typically takes approximately four to six weeks.
