We’re seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our Electrical Engineering function. This position sits within the Assisted & Automated Driving (AAD) System Integration and Test Group, specifically the AAD Data Analysis Tools & Methods Development Chapter.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing, building, and operating cloud‑native services at scale. You’ll deliver high‑performance backend systems in Kotlin/Java (Spring Boot), containerise and orchestrate them using Kubernetes, automate infrastructure with Terraform, and develop robust GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
Working across AWS and Tencent Cloud, you’ll make smart architectural decisions that balance reliability, cost, security, and speed. This is a hands‑on engineering role where your expertise will directly shape the future of JLR’s advanced data and cloud platforms.
