The Role

We are looking for a Senior Client Relationship Advisor to support the Relationship Manager in delivering a high quality, compliant, and value driven recruitment service. This role will be aligned to specific customers and will act as a key operational and relationship point of contact, ensuring KPIs, service levels, and client satisfaction targets are consistently achieved.

You will play a critical role in managing operational queries, delivering management information, resolving escalations, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and identifying opportunities for growth across the AMS service offering.

Key Accountabilities
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for aligned customers and internal support teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Ensure recruitment services are delivered in line with contractual obligations and service level agreements
  • Own and resolve hiring manager and contractor escalations to conclusion
  • Deliver operational MI at monthly customer reviews and support delivery of MBR content for tier one customers
  • Produce, analyse, and present operational reports for Relationship Managers and client stakeholders
  • Interpret data to identify trends, risks, and areas of concern, escalating where appropriate
  • Act as SME for the technology operating platform, including ATS and Fieldglass
  • Train new hiring managers and users on systems, processes, and reporting
  • Support contractor queries relating to pay, rates, timesheets, and system updates
  • Liaise with delivery team leaders and managers to address operational challenges proactively
  • Support forecasting activities and ongoing performance monitoring
  • Lead or support continuous improvement, transition, and migration projects
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and process improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand offs and efficient service delivery
  • Promote all PSR service lines and confidently respond to stakeholder queries
  • Ensure all governance, compliance, and legislative requirements are met
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience acting as a primary operational point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders within a recruitment, workforce solutions, or professional services environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers, contractors, and senior client stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience delivering recruitment or managed services in line with contractual obligations and service level agreements
  • Confident handling and resolution of hiring manager and contractor escalations through to successful conclusion
  • Experience producing, analysing, and presenting operational management information for client reviews, including monthly and business review reporting
  • Strong data interpretation skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks, and areas of concern and escalate appropriately
  • Ability to translate operational data and insights into meaningful recommendations that support customers\' strategic workforce and business objectives
  • Experience using insights to proactively advise customers on performance optimisation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Hands on experience working as a subject matter expert for recruitment or workforce technology platforms such as ATS and vendor management systems including Fieldglass
  • Proven ability to train and support hiring managers and system users on processes, systems, and reporting
  • Experience supporting contractor queries relating to pay, rates, timesheets, and system updates
  • Experience supporting forecasting activities, performance monitoring, and service optimisation
  • Demonstrated involvement in continuous improvement initiatives, transition projects, or service migrations
  • Strong problem solving mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and process improvements
  • Excellent collaboration skills to ensure smooth hand offs and efficient service delivery across internal teams
  • Ability to confidently promote service offerings and respond to stakeholder queries
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and legislative requirements within recruitment or workforce services
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to client audience
