We're looking for an experienced Senior Client Payroll Executive to join our bureau services team with a focus on our Education customers.

As a senior member of our payroll division, you’ll :

• Process and oversee complex client payrolls with exceptional accuracy
• Mentor and guide junior payroll staff and trainees in best practices
• Liaise with clients to resolve payroll queries, ensuring excellent customer service
• Ensure strict compliance with current payroll legislation
• Lead by example within a collaborative and high-performing team

What we’re looking for :

• Proven experience managing end-end payroll cycles, ideally with bureau exposure
• CIPP qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Strong Microsoft Office and payroll software skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
