Location: Hybrid (Leeds-based)
Salary: From ÂŁ48,000 + 10% discretionary bonus
Level: This is a Senior Manager level role managing a team and the client relationship

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our team and work on one of our dynamic retailer partnerships. In this role, you’ll lead a portfolio of FMCG brand clients while building strong relationships with our key retail partner. You’ll be accountable for developing and delivering market-leading retail media campaigns—from strategic planning to execution and post-campaign analysis. What You’ll Be Doing

Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:

  • Creating strategic and cohesive media plans aligned to supplier budgets and objectives
  • Managing end-to-end campaign delivery across a variety of on- and off-site media channels
  • Forecasting and reporting on commercial performance, driving investment opportunities
  • Line managing and mentoring junior team members
  • Producing high-quality content—from media plans to performance reviews
  • Collaborating confidently with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Supporting broader SMG initiatives that foster a brilliant workplace
  • Assisting senior leadership with governance, reporting, and ad hoc requests
