We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior ClientAccount Manager to join the EF-Group team based in Manchester, at what is an exciting time of change and opportunity. EF are the leaders in the provision of procurement services to the Care sector and this role will play a pivotal part in driving the futuregrowth and success of our business.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Client Account Manager to lead our business relationship with our largest clients (with a £34m p.a.managed spend). You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and the role represents a high-profile opportunity to drive outstanding customer service,long-term strategic value, lead business transformation initiatives and shape future growth.
This is more than an account management role-it is a strategic partnership leadership position that requires a forward-thinking mindset, commercial acumen and the ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies. You\'ll work closely with both the client and internal EF-Group and Foodbuystakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain execution while identifying opportunities for innovation, value generationand commercial growth.
This role will also support the Head of Account Management with the coaching and mentoring of the EF-Group Account Management team and is a hybrid position that can be based anywhere within the UK.
