• Monitor daily claims via market bureaux messages.
• Manage contentious claims and referral processes.
• Cultivate relationships with external experts as needed.
• Collaborate with the Actuarial Team for IBNR establishment.
• Oversee client board reporting and management projects.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance.
• Attend internal and external meetings.
• Assist the Client Services Manager and Claims Operations Team.
• Ensure compliance with UK and international regulations.
