You will deliver estimating services, prepare tender estimates, and build strong relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry and a degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Civils Estimator within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and civil engineering processes.
• Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full estimating service across assigned projects.
• Prepare detailed tender estimates using Conquest software.
• Review and analyse project documentation for risks.
• Conduct site visits to assess project challenges.
• Build relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
