Job summary

A regional Civil Engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to manage the bidding and estimating processes for civil engineering projects valued at £10-£50m including highways and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering degree and experience in bid management while leading teams. Strong communication, estimating skills, and a track record of winning design and build contracts are essential for this role. Qualifications

• Degree qualified and preferably chartered.
• Experience in civil engineering infrastructure projects from £5m to £50m.
• Management of a work winning business unit or bid teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the national work winning resource.
• Lead development of winning proposals.
• Take ownership of the tender process.

Education

Construction related degree

Membership of professional body with Chartered status (MICE or equivalent)
