• Qualified to HNC level or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Conversant with current building regulations and CDM.
• Thorough knowledge of EA, Water Authority, and Highway regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing layouts and technical reports for land appraisals.
• Brief and commission site investigations and topographical surveys.
• Oversee the scope of design for engineering projects.
• Negotiate with statutory bodies on engineering issues.
• Issue engineering information to various departments.
• Appointment of engineering consultants and fee negotiations.
• Answer technical queries and comply with Health, Safety and Environment policies.
