As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in leading and delivering civil engineering projects. You’ll collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors, ensuring designs are practical, sustainable, and compliant with industry standards.
Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects (infrastructure, drainage, highways, flood risk).
Manage project teams and mentor junior engineers.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Contribute to business development and support bids/tenders.
Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or working towards it.
Proven experience in infrastructure design (drainage, highways, earthworks).
Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroDrainage).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff.
