Responsibilities
  • Leading and mentoring project teams, supporting engineers at all stages of their careers.
  • Taking ownership of multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and collaborators while effectively managing resources.
  • Developing junior engineers, identifying training and equipment needs to help them excel.
  • Overseeing project profitability, budgets, and timelines while proactively managing billing.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships, securing repeat business, and contributing to bids.
What you'll bring
  • Degree qualification in Civil Engineering (Chartered or Incorporated status with ICE, IStructE, CIWEM, or CIHT is desirable).
  • A proven track record of delivering civil engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of planning applications, procurement processes, and technical approvals.
  • Proficiency with Microdrainage, Causeway Flow, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and graphical communication skills, including report writing.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Commercial awareness with excellent teamwork and time management.
